Where do I obtain my student ID number?
You can email and refer to the Office of Admission & Records (OAR) at iu.oar@newinti.edu.my. In the offer letter, information about your Student ID and INTI student email address account will also be provided.
Where can I get my offer letter?
Offer letter will be issued by the Office of Admission and Records (OAR) to your personal email address provided during the application and registration process.
How do I know about my final examination timetable?
Information about the final examination timetable will be sent and shared by the Head of Programme (HOP). For further enquiry, student can email to the respective Head of Programme (HOP) and in the same email, copy the Examination Office via email address iu.examcenter@newinti.edu.my
Can I know my INTI student email account and password?
Information about your INTI student email account and password are provided in the offer letter. For further enquiry, student can email to the IT Services helpdesk at helpdesk@newinti.edu.my
Can I know about my Canvas LMS account details including password?
Information about Canvas LMS account and password are provided in the offer letter. For further enquiry, student can email to the Canvas LMS helpdesk at elearning.helpdesk@newinti.edu.my
I would like to enquire about my enrolment and registration details (course enrolled/to be enrolled)?
Information about the enrolment (i.e., course) details will be sent by the Head of Programme (HOP). For related enquiry, student can refer and consult to the respective Head of Programme (HOP). In the email communication, please also include the Programme Officer (PO) in the loop.
Where do I refer to for my timetable of the weekly virtual session?
According to your individual programme, you can refer to the weekly virtual timetable provided in the CLC portal at https://clc.newinti.edu.my/
I would like to enquire if I’m eligible for scholarship / discount scheme?
You can refer to the Scholarship department. For further enquiry, student can email and refer to the officer in charge at premalatha.sviran@newinti.edu.my
Are they any instalment plans for my course?
You can refer to the Finance department. For further enquiry, student can send email to the Finance department at iiu.finance@newinti.edu.my
Can I know about Employee Provident Fund (EPF) / KWSP withdrawal?
